Schönbrunnerstraße is a dusty and noisy street. The lichtblauwagner architects planted, therefore, a maple tree in front of their new housing building and painted the slanted wall of the inner hall a sunny green colour. From above, the light spills over the coloured surface with white framed doors to the apartments. The offset bridges lead to the wide corridor and stairway, which is for all tenants the communication zone spanning the entire height of the building.
