It is the third elementary school to be designed in this area, 500 metres away from the Utase Elementary School which we designed and opened in 1985. It is located in Makuhari Bay Town, thirty minutes from Tokyo by train. It is one of the new towns, close to the emerging district of Tokyo that has been made by landfilling Tokyo Bay.
