The starting point, the origin of the exciting process of designing can be an obsessive form, a programme, functional analysis, and it is very often the location itself. This can also be about contextuality in the widest sense: about built environment, topography, the memory of the place. The location of the State Archives in Sisak does not seem inspiring at all.
