Shade spaces

The elongated structure of the covered multipurpose space has found its place on the surface of a shallow reflecting pool, situated in a clearing within the park next to a restaurant in the surroundings of Girona in Spain. The entire intervention consists merely of a single broken surface: a faceted construction composed of welded triangle-form steel plates. The triangles of various dimensions are interconnected in different angles thus creating the cover structure, irregular in all projections.
