The organisational reductions that the architecture of Oman and Vide~nik have introduced in their recent housing blocks in Koseze, Ljubljana, constitute a procedural species where apparently modernist techniques and material means acquire a status of neutralising (rather than neutral) and everlasting (rather than permanent) operativities.

Ungraspable orders emerge out of them. Orders that cannot be stated as either one or many levels of totalising criteria. No final or defined strategy is allowed to crystallise along them. They constitute, rather, a very slippery and mutable management of responses.
