The project assignment contained only a few basic guidelines: for the house to be spacious and cosy and to have all the facilities and equipment that would ensure absolute comfort for both, the family and their guests. According to the investor’s wishes, the materials needed to be durable and high-quality, with minimal maintenance requirements and overhead expenses for the house as a whole. As far as form goes, the task at hand was as free as possible, with one simple desire – for the house to be warm!
