Each work by Walter Angonese is, first of all, surprising, and then the exciting experience of the architectural object itself brings us closer to the accumulated ideas defining it. The architect, who lives in a small town of Kaltern alongside a lake, in the middle of the bucolic landscape of South Tyrol, and at the same time teaches at one of the most prestigious European architectural schools, works mostly in his region and in the neighbouring North Tyrol. He often collaborates with architects from both regions, and, in the case of the Dalle Nogare House, with Bolzano-based architect Andrea Marastoni.
