The Small Arsenal is primarily a play of reality and illusion, which to some extent is present in each renovation, while in the Cedulin Palace, the new function is expressed through the topic of a house within a hThe Small Arsenal is part of Zadar's medieval Kaštel, a separate fortification structure embedded in the city walls system. The complex has undergone numerous transformations, and only a few of its parts have been preserved to this day, including the lower part of the entrance tower, later converted to a gunpowder storage—the so-called Small Arsenal. In 2017, this house-room was remodeled to a multimedia exhibition center, as the starting point for a walk dedicated to familiarising the visitor with the city's fortification system. Vladimir Končar joined the architects Iva Letilović and Igor Pedišić as an equal author in this project and created a multimedia project.ouse.
