The virtue of the family house in Logatac, built by the architect Lebar, is its reduction and modesty. The house is based on the usual housing premises on the ground level and sleeping quarters upstairs. The architect and investor intended to liberate the house of all unnecessary contents and details. The tradition form of a simple house with gabled roof was reduced to a precise abstract volume, whose aesthetics shows in the regular proportions and the steady rhythm.
