Analiza
in kritika stanja stanovanjske arhitekture in urbanizma sta vedno
Sopnico v Sesvetah "krasi"
več kot dvesto žerjavov. Seveda gre na Hrvaškem za veliko manjše
merilo in manjšo količino ter obseg del, še vedno razmeroma ustrezno
za naš prostor. Toda analiza procesov v zgrajenem okolju kaže

The
analysis and critique of residential architecture and urban planning
conditions has always been a rewarding topic, because there is
always a lot of material, especially where there is plenty of
construction, as has been the case with Croatia since 2000. The
boom of architecture and construction can be seen everywhere.
The typical image of a Shanghai or Dubai townscape filled with
cranes is no longer their, remote reality. Sopnica in Sesvete
is "decorated" with more than 200 cranes. Of course,
the scale, amount and volume in Croatia are still far smaller
and still relatively suited for our environment. However, an analysis
of processes in the built environment points to the unsettling
fact that the usability coefficient of every building plot has
risen suddenly to unacceptable levels for such small towns and
such a small country such as Croatia.
