‘To delimit spaces for a specific use and in a medium which creates an atmosphere of serenity.’ RCR Aranda Pigem Villalta Arquitectes[1]
This thought of the RCR group of architects, which largely explains their work, could also have been written by the late Luis Barragan, or by our contemporaries: Peter Zumthor or perhaps Àlvaro Siza. Its message is unusual for our time; in fact, it has been several decades since we started living in a world of images, which have become more important than reality.
