As architects are dependent on building and construction of buildings, more interesting are examples of their non-building, especially with urban parterre designs, public spaces of squares, parks, waterfronts. Such spaces are not closed by walls or doors, they are not covered with roofing. They are merely bordered by a change in paving design or by formal language differentiation, but the sky above remains their only ceiling.
