Form: between Ideology and Aesthetics

Contemporary architecture is characteristic for the extreme divergence in its approach to formal issues. This divergence goes in several opposing directions that depend on different starting positions: from the ideological positions of architects to aesthetic preoccupations. Media-exposed architecture is more and more preoccupied with the appearance of building bodies, regardless of whether the issue is the reduction of forms and textures or their expansion.
