Mon Perin Camp is located in the Bale Municipality and stretches along 9 km of coast, halfway between Rovinj and Pula. The whole area is a protected natural and archaeological landscape, so the conditions for construction are extremely strict. The project task was to improve the camp classification from two stars to four stars in a period between two tourist seasons. The existing structures were to be reconstructed, but within the existing dimensions, which was very challenging considering the required improvement of the classification standard. The goal was also to modernise the campsite—with structures that would suggest a new direction of the development of services with their architectural expression.
