White Mat as Reality of the Street and Stairs

Hercegovačka Street in Zagreb is certainly part of the residential area of the city. It owes its serpentine form to adjustments to the terrain, where the hills of Medvednica Mountain descend to the plain of the Lower Town and where Ilica Street represents at once a street, a topographic caesura and a typology of construction heritage.
